Our statement
STATEVIN does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.
We use service providers (payment, email, hosting, vehicle-data providers) to operate the product under contracts that limit their use of personal information to providing services to us.
Categories we may process
Depending on your use of the service, we may process identifiers (such as email and IP address), commercial information (orders and products), internet activity (site interactions and optional analytics with consent), and vehicle identifiers you submit (VIN / plate). Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How to submit a request
Even though we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, California residents (and residents of other states with similar laws) may still submit privacy requests, including:
- Know / access
- Delete
- Correct
- Opt out of sale/sharing (we will confirm our practices)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable
Email privacy@statevin.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” your full name, the email used for purchases or your account, and the type of request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
